OUR EXPERTISE

  • We provide fire engineering designs to the Acceptable Solutions, Verification Method and Alternative Solutions.

    Our fire engineering design service is tailored for the project, in some cases our service requires a fire report at the detailed design stage. In other instances, greater input is necessary throughout the design period to determine greater value and output for the project.

  • We are registered Chartered Fire Engineers with Engineering New Zealand and the Auckland Council Producer Statement register.

    We provide close communication with the appointed fire engineer to ensure the design's key aspects are considered and understood.

  • To ensure key components of the fire engineering design are constructed in accordance with the consented documentation, LFE provides a construction monitoring service that includes site inspection and construction administration.

  • We offer a passive fire design service which includes a schedule of penetrations within fire separations and junctions for building elements. We review different fire stopping systems from a range of suppliers to enable a comprehensive tender process.
