ABOUT THE PROJECT

LFE undertook a performance based fire design for the newly constructed modular home workshop facility in Palmerston North for Presidential Homes.

By undertaking a performance based fire design, LFE were able to demonstrate compliance with the New Zealand Building Code without the need of an automatic sprinkler system, providing a significant cost saving to the client.
